I. Subject matter of the proceedings: 1. Description of the order item: ŁT 4S3 grease - 13.5 kg ŁT-4S3 high-temperature bearing grease is one of the most popular greases on the market, created for the lubrication of bearings, wheel hubs and etc. These greases are produced on the basis of deep-refined mineral oil thickened with lithium soaps. They are characterized by resistance to aging and very good lubricating properties. Parameters: - Color Green - Operating temperature: -20C to +130C - Anti-corrosion 2.Ww. assortment must meet the following requirements: be new and free from defects, original, not encumbered with third party rights.3. Accompanying documentation: Marking - Manufacturer's name, product type/catalog number, CE mark if required in the EU, valid card required with delivery product characteristics.4. Required product shelf life: min. 12 months from the date of delivery.5. The Contractor is obliged to deliver Goods free from substances whose composition, according to the current classification in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 of 16 December 2008 on the classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures, amending and repealing Directives 67/548/EEC and 1999/45/EC and amending Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (OJ EU L. of 2008, No. 353, p. 1, as amended), indicates carcinogenic (Category 1A or 1B), mutagenic (Category 1A or 1B) or reprotoxic (Category 1A or 1B) effects.6.
