Tender are invited for T-2024-001 Rothesay Asphalt Resurfacing Project 2024



Notice Details The town of Rothesay is seeking qualified Contractors to submit bids for Contract T-2024-001: Asphalt Resurfacing 2024



Each tender shall be submitted on or before the closing date of April 29th, 2024 at 12:00 pm.



Each tender shall include a bid bond equal to 10% of the overall tender price including HST.



Sealed bids are to be delivered (in hard copy) to:

Tender packages shall be purchased from Rothesay Town Hall Monday to Friday 8:00am until 12:00pm (noon) and 1:00pm until 4:30pm.

Bidders must purchase tender packages from the Town in order to be included on registered bidders list and be eligible to submit a tender. The cost for the tender package is $25. The acceptable methods of payment include cash, cheque or debit. The Town DOES NOT accept credit card payments.



The project shall be substantially completed on or before August 31st, 2024.
