SZS Zvolen - modernization of infrastructure and support of education, professional training and skills Description: The subject of the order is the supply of goods, installation/assembly and training within the framework of the project SZS Zvolen - modernization of infrastructure and support of education, professional preparation and skills, in the scope and according to the specification, which is listed in Annex no. 2 a-c of the tender documents - Technical specification and price calculation of the offered goods (hereinafter referred to as "Annex No. 2 a-c) in accordance with the requirements of the public procurer. public procurement takes into account the requirements of socially responsible public procurement in part of the subject of contract no. 1 - ICT technology and equipment (hereinafter also SZVO). • The green aspect is taken into account and therefore this procurement is green public procurement which is specified in more detail in the Methodological document of the managing body for the Slovakia Program, appendix no. 7 - "Conditions for ensuring compliance of the project with the principle of "do not cause significant damage" to the call PSK-MIRRI-001-2023-DV-FST in the wording of UPDATE no. 4" i.e. it is focused on services with a low environmental impact during the fulfillment of the subject of the contract. The public procurer incorporated this aspect into Annex no. 1a SP: Contracts for the supply of goods in article 9.2. A specific request in the framework of the fulfillment of the contract with regard to the above the mentioned aspect of green public procurement is the extension of the warranty period for the subject of the contract to 36 months.
