1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a GPU server as part of the needs of the Faculty of Computer Science and Telecommunications of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. CPV: 48820000-2 Servers2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ OPZ. 3. Detailed the scope of performance of the subject of the order, which is the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, is included in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. The description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is not subject to interpretation. If the records specifications are, in the opinion of the Contractor, unclear, incomplete, imprecise or incorrect, the Contractor is obliged to ask questions before submitting the offer. If the Ordering Party specifies in the OPZ that a given element is to have specific features, then this element is to work effectively with these features, and it is only theoretically possible in a configuration other than the one provided. Features required in the specification (OPZ) are minimum parameters.5.
