The subject of the order is the supply of software for 4D-STEM data acquisition and analysis, along with installation and commissioning in accordance with the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (OPZ) in accordance with Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. 2. I. ukasiewicza 2, 50-371 Wrocaw, building A-11, room 12.4. The delivered item must be brand new, complete and technically functional. The statement "brand new" means the subject of the order, unused before the date of delivery, excluding use. necessary to test its correct operation after production.
