SZP/243-223/2026 Framework agreement for the supply of storage servers as part of the needs of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology SZP/243-223/2026 Framework agreement for the supply of storage servers as part of the needs of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology 1.Public procurement procedure is conducted pursuant to Art. 311 section 1 point 1 in order to conclude a framework agreement with the appropriate use of the open tender procedure in accordance with Art. 132 et seq. Act of September 11, 2019 Public procurement law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws 2026, item 793), hereinafter referred to as uPzp. 2. The public procurement procedure is conducted in order to conclude a framework agreement with 1 (one) Contractor. The Ordering Party will award orders whose subject matter will be covered by the framework agreement, the Contractors from which will conclude a framework agreement on terms no less favorable than those specified in the framework agreement pursuant to Art. 313 uPzp. The Ordering Party will award partial contracts specified in the framework agreement without conducting procurement procedures for them orders. 3. At the stage of execution of partial orders, the unit prices (net) of the subject of the order cannot be higher than in the (framework) offer submitted in order to conclude a framework agreement (with reservations in accordance with the contract template). 4. Expected quantities of equipment specified in the SWZ are estimated quantities that the Ordering Party plans to purchase during the period of validity of the framework agreement and are used only to compare (framework) offers.
