The subject of the order is: Delivery of a digital power system simulator operating in real time for the needs of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology.2. Brief description of the device: Digital power system simulator must to be a digital system capable of continuously performing electromagnetic transient (EMT) simulations in real time. Since one of the main purposes of the simulator will be to test physical controllers and protection relays, it must be equipped with an appropriate number of analog and digital inputs and outputs, and also has optional high-level communication capabilities (e.g. IEC 61850, IEC/IEEE 60255-118-1, IEC 60870-5-104, DNP3, Modbus, Aurora, etc.). Real-time simulation should be interpreted as a real-time simulation of a power grid, where the calculation time of the entire system model, including the time required for communication and input/output (I/O) support, is shorter than the timestep of the simulation.
