The subject of the order is the delivery of a laboratory freeze dryer to the Department of Science Preclinical, Pharmacology and Medical Diagnostics of the Medical Faculty of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. 2.CPV code: 38000000-5 Laboratory, optical and precision equipment (except glassware) 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the Annex No. 3 SWZ - OPZ. 4. The detailed scope of performance of the subject of the contract, which is the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, is included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 5. Delivery time: up to 5 weeks from date of conclusion of the contract (no later than June 30, 2026 due to the completion of the project). 6. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Act on Public Procurement, the Ordering Party envisages the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been awarded to him. 7. The Ordering Party envisages the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Act on Public Procurement, i.e. the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then make subjective qualifications The contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings. 8.
