SZP/243-129/2026 Server 1. The subject of the order is the supply of a server intended for training and running artificial intelligence models. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - OPZ. 3.Detailed the scope of performance of the subject of the contract, which is the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, is included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. CPV code: 48822000-6- Computer servers 5. Deadline for the implementation of the Agreement is up to 67 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Details regarding the deadline and conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order are included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 6. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Act on Public Procurement, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidation the proceedings in question, if the funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance all or part of the order were not granted to it. 7. The Ordering Party envisages the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 uPzp, i.e. the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings. 8.
