The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 piece of laboratory rotary evaporator with automatic lift equipment, vacuum system and cooling system for the Department of Bioorganic Chemistry, K-16, Faculty of Chemistry, Wrocław University of Science and Technology.2. CPV code: 38436200-2 Rotary evaporators3. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ OPZ.4. The detailed scope of performance of the subject of the contract, which is the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, can be found in the template contract, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 5. The subject of the order includes the manufacture, delivery and installation/assembly of new equipment, free from legal and physical defects, described in accordance with Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ, delivering it to the indicated locations in building A-2 on at your own expense, with your own transport, unloading, bringing in, installing and putting into operation in the place designated by the Ordering Party.
