Széchenyi Spa-Women's Thermal Renovation - Phase I The tenderer notes that the subject matter and quantity of the public procurement are summarized in a unified manner in the present "Description of Public Procurement" and "Description of Public Procurement (the construction investment, procurement of goods or services nature and quantity, as well as the definition of needs and requirements)" are defined in the columns. Name of the contract: "Enterprise contract regarding the renovation of the Women's Thermal section of the Széchenyi Spa and Swimming Pool (formerly known as) - I. phase" (Contract). Type of procedure: open public procurement procedure according to § 81, Part Two of the Administrative Code (Procurement Procedure). The subject of the public procurement procedure is the Széchenyi Spa located on property under 9-11 Állatkerti körút, 14th district of Budapest and Renovation of the women's thermal pool areas within the swimming pool (Fürdő) building. In the existing protected monument building, the task is to partially demolish the floors of the pool areas, as well as to transform the mechanical and building electrical systems, the support structure systems strengthening, as well as the restoration of elements representing historic value (wood, metal, stone, artificial stone, stucco, etc.). The floor layering of the slabs between the ground floor and the first floor will be demolished, the partition walls on the ground floor and the covering of the pools on the upper part of the supporting structure will be demolished. to its plane, as well as the elements of the drainage of the pools, as well as the Prussian glass vaults marked on the demolition plans.
