The subject of the contract is the supply of goods, installation/assembly and training within the project SZŠ Zvolen - infrastructure modernization and support of education, professional training and skills, in the scope and according to the specification, which is listed in Annex no. 2 a-c competitive documents - Technical specification and Price calculation of the offered goods (hereinafter referred to as "Appendix No. 2 a-c) in accordance with the requirements of the public contracting authority. The public procurement in question takes into account the requirements of socially responsible public procurement in part subject of contract no. 1 - ICT technology and equipment (hereinafter SZVO). • The green aspect is taken into account and thus this procurement is a green public procurement, which is further specified in the Methodological document of the managing body for the Slovakia Program, Annex no. 7 - "Conditions for ensuring compliance of the project with the principle of "do not cause significant damage" to the call PSK-MIRRI-001-2023-DV-FST in the wording of UPDATE no. 4", i.e. it is aimed at services with a low environmental impact during the fulfillment of the subject of the contract. Public the contracting authority incorporated this aspect into Annex no. 1a SP: Contracts for the supply of goods in Article 9.2. A specific requirement within the framework of the performance of the contract with regard to the above-mentioned aspect of green public procurement is the extension of the warranty period for the subject of the contract to 36 months.
