Related to procurement a framework arrangement for which the three (3) best bidders who submitted an accepted bid are selected. The basis for decision-making is the cheapest (lowest) overall comparison price. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the welfare region of Lapland selects the supplier within the framework arrangement per assignment, primarily in accordance with the priority order of the framework arrangement. However, the welfare region of Lapland can also carry out a simplified tendering process within the framework arrangement, i.e. a so-called mini-tendering for such assignments for (procurements) which it does not consider appropriate to order based on the order of priority. The operating model of the framework arrangement is described in more detail in the draft contract attached to the request for tender. Partial offers or alternative offers not accepted. The subscriber does not commit to minimum purchase quantities and the contracts to be concluded do not include a quantity purchase obligation. from the point of view of the implementation of the framework agreements to be concluded, other essential aspects are expressed in more detail in this request for tenders and its appendices.
