Tender Details

The subject of the contract is the supply of two sets of complex modular measuring systems for collecting, synchronizing and evaluating diagnostic data from machine tools. Each set will consist of measurement hardware enabling simultaneous recording of digital status signals machine, speed and position, selected technological quantities and high-speed signals from specialized sensors. The delivery will also include complete measuring chains for sensing vibrations, acoustic emissions and force action through a multi-component dynamometric chain, including the necessary accessories and connections. The scope of delivery also includes software for configuration of measurements, online data processing and archiving, and software for subsequent offline analysis and evaluation of measured data. Delivered the solution must be suitable for deployment on multiple types of machine tools and allow for flexible measurement configuration and future expansion. The subject of the public contract is defined in detail by the technical, commercial and other contractual conditions that are part of the tender documentation.
