System support for drug supply Region Värmland (the region) intends to procure a System support for pharmaceutical supply. The region needs a system support/IT support (system) for drug supply within the hospital pharmacy function to create a rational, efficient and safe drug supply to care units in Region Värmland. Region Värmland shall operate the pharmaceutical supply to the hospitals under its own auspices by taking over stock keeping, order processing and deliveries of pharmaceuticals from an external actor. To to be able to manage the supply of medicines to the region's care units in a rational and efficient way requires a system that can handle all relevant aspects of the process. The objective is to run a rational, efficient and safe company under its own auspices drug supply to inpatient care in Region Värmland. The system must be an existing and used system on the market, which means that the system must be in operation at similar operations. The version of the system that is implemented may contain changes/additions to the versions that are already in operation with other customers or similar businesses in order to meet the mandatory requirements and evaluation criteria set in this procurement.
