The buyer intends to procure a system support for the budget and forecast processes with associated support and maintenance. The system is to be provided as a cloud -based service (SAAS) where all operations and management take place externally by the supplier.
The system shall support digital and modern working methods and ensureThat our managers and employees receive a user-friendly and effective support for budget and forecasting.
The budget and forecasting system should be based as far as possible on a product that at the time of tender must be developed and commissioned by other customers.
The budget and forecasting system includingOption on project budgeting will be used by the entire group Foundation University of Joenkoeping as a parent organization including the six wholly owned subsidiaries: the School of Health, the University of Learning and Communication, International Business School, Technical University, University Service and JoenkoepingUniversity Enterprise.
