Tender Details

System for independent dose calculation, dosimetric plan verification and transmission dosimetry in radiotherapy [2026] The subject of the public contract is the delivery of a system for independent dose calculation, dosimetric verification of the plan and transmission dosimetry in radiotherapy according to specifications and under the conditions defined in Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation. Regarding the duration of the public contract (GR-Lot-PlannedDuration): Appendix No. 3a ZD (Sample purchase contract) 3.1. The seller undertakes to deliver the system and fulfill his other obligations according to Article 2.1. contracts within 180 days from the effective date of the contract. The seller is obliged to provide the information, documents and documents necessary for taking over and using the device, including the device identification number (UDI) according to Article 2.1 of the contract, at least 10 days in advance. 6.2. The seller provides na 24-month warranty system. The warranty period is extended by the time during which the system is not operable due to defects covered by the warranty. The warranty period begins on the day the buyer takes over the system. 2.2. The seller during the warranty period and for a period of 3 years from at the end of the warranty period undertakes to perform and provide the following services (hereinafter referred to as "services"): carrying out security technical checks of the system, carrying out electrical revisions (hardware parts) of the system, performing preventive maintenance system, performing system software upgrade and update, provision of consulting services for the system.
