The selected supplier(s) is expected to provide said services on the basis of specific Purchase Orders that will be sent to you.Content of the quotesThe quotes must contain:Technical and financial offer that specifies the details of the services in each case (hotels, accommodation regime, content of lunches and coffee breaks, description of rooms, means of transportation, etc.) as well as the prices offered. Declaration Form duly signed. The 2 aforementioned documents must be signed by the relevant authority of the offering company and must be presented in PDF format. Validity of the offer. Offer submitted must be valid for at least 30 calendar days.Summary of the evaluation processQuotations will be evaluated based on compliance with the requested specifications and the total cost of each lot.The evaluation will be carried out in two stages by an evaluation panel ad hoc.
