DLA Troop Support intends to issue an unrestricted solicitation for the manufacture and delivery of NSN Cooler, Fluid, Industrial 4420-01-578-2232. The approved sources coded for this item are listed below:

Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul Part 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures will be utilized. The acquisition will be accomplished using Other than Full and Open Competition procedures in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Part 12.102(b), Restricting Competition. The applicable statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. § 1901, as implemented by Class Deviation 2026-O0028 - Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul Part 12, Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Part 212, and Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Part 12.102(b), Restricting Competition.
The Government intends to purchase a quantity of 24 EA with a 50% quantity option. The offeror must provide pricing for both the base quantity and the quantity option.
Delivery will be FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Destination. The Government required delivery schedule will be 756 days after date of order. The Buy American Act clauses will apply.
