The United States Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) has a requirement to provide forty (40) each AN/PVS-31D (F5032) (NSN 5855-01-685-2918) Night Vision Goggles under Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case GG-B-UEH.
Each system shall come with White Phosphor Image Intensifier tubes, Figure of Merit (FOM). Each System includes standard accessories:

The United States Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Maryland intends to release a solicitation on or about 9 July 2026 on SAM.gov.
