Description : INVITATION TO BID COMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY of PENNSYLVANIA – BLOOMSBURG CAMPUSCWU-90-B: Swisher Drive Road PavingCommonwealth University – Bloomsburg Campus of the PA State System of HigherEducation invites General Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Workincluded under this Project consists of all work as shown on the drawings and included in the contract documents to mill and repave Swisher Drive Road Paving and repair areas around storm catch basins as shown on the documents.Work shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvaniastatute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University. A mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on April 14, 2026, at 1:00 pm at Maintenance Building Parking Lot (Lower Campus) at Bloomsburg University, Bloomsburg, PA 17815.
