The subject of this public contract is the project documentation called "Swimming Stadium - Reconstruction and Modernization" will solve the renovation of the pool bathtub including the remediation of the pool body, the new design of the pool gallery, built -in furniture, rebuilding of the grandstand, revitalizing the ski tower and complete replacement roof cladding. The project will also address the replacement of pool technology, air conditioning in connection with Tue, lighting for meeting the requirements (according to the prescribed parameters of the sports association) including light calculation, wiring throughout the building and design of the electronic system of persons movement and barrier -free access to stands. The digital focus of the current state of the building will also include. The proposal will also solve the external entrance to the sauna part of the swimming stadium.

PD will be based on the elaborated architectural study of internal layout of the revitalization of the Olomouc Swimming Stadium, Processor Ing. Arch. Jan Vrana, 04/2022.

The designer will take into account the future installation of photovoltaic panels (penetration of the roof in connection with the location of the switchboard in the building, the capacity of the switchboard and the assessment of the roof statics).
