Scenic Rim Regional Council (“Council” or “Principal”) is seeking submissions from suitably qualified contractors for the provision of technical maintenance, servicing and and operational emergency call-outs across Council’s four (4) swimming pool facilities and one (1) fountain infrastructure under a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the following term of: Initial term of contract Three (3) years Optional extension period* Two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each * Optional extension periods may be exercised at the absolute discretion of Scenic Rim Regional Council.
