This procurement will compete with architectural planning for the new indoor swimming pool project planning of the City of Kemi. The city demolish the current indoor swimming pool and builds a new current indoor swimming pool on the site. The same plot is located on the 2024 multi -purpose Kemi Arena. The swimming pool should be connected to Kemi ArenaIn such a way that both halls have a common entrance and a customer service point. The project plan will produce at least 3 options for space arrangements, from which users choose the best for further work. Different structural options (wood, concrete, steel) are examined for the option selected for further work (wood, concrete)Lifecycle carbon footprint and handmade calculations and cost calculations. The project design of the architect includes reference plans that describe the scope of the project and the functionality of the premises. The task also includes the preparation of a text related to the architectural plan for the project plan.The subscriber is responsible for the other text section of the project plan.
