Pohjois Suomen elinvoimakeskus acquires the mechanical works related to the restoration of the bogs of the private protected area called Iin Takametsä suot and the control of the water in the stream bed. The contract includes 8 separate small objects, the most distant objects at a distance of just under 3.5 kilometers from each other (measured directly). One moves from one individual site to another along the road network of the wind turbine park, the distances between the sites vary between 0.5 and 1 km. The easternmost isolated site can be reached via the Kiuttula private road branching off Olhava road. The contract includes about 1, 900 meters of clearing ditch lines, about 3, 200 meters of ditch filling, approx. 10 meters of digging and paving the streambed, building 10 peat dams (three of which have a longer than usual surface embankment) and the construction of one filter fabric dam. In addition, the contractor must acquire and deliver to one work site for paving the streambed 9-10 m³ of natural stone with a grain size of 10 - 30 cm.
