SW Maintenance of the database system Description: The subject of support for the provision of SW maintenance services of the database system (hereinafter referred to as "SW maintenance") is: a) provision of updates, security patches and new software versions (part of the maintenance price) to the public procurer or a third party authorized by him, b) ensuring the required response times for the provision of SW maintenance services according to table no. 1 of the description of the subject of the contract, c) provision of summary information to or by the public procurer authorized third party about the release of new versions of the software or its updates by the manufacturer listed in table no. 2 at least once per quarter, no later than 10 working days after the end of the previous calendar quarter, d) by telephone or Helpdesk email support (including the Electronic System for Request Management, hereinafter referred to as "ESSP"), including the possibility of escalating the resolution of the incident to the manufacturer.
