The subject of the order is SVA/466-293/2026: preparation of the construction site along with cutting down trees and shrubs as part of task 43074 in the town of Sitaniec-Wolica. The Ordering Party reserves that the application form submitted after the deadline indicated above will not be considered. The Ordering Party reserves the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks related to the subject order. The reservation should be taken into account at the stage of demonstrating compliance with the conditions for participation proceedings. In order to minimize the risk related to non-performance or improper performance of the contract, the Ordering Party reserves the right not to invite the Contractor to participate in the proceedings after analyzing the financial situation, including existing liabilities.
