REQUEST FOR TENDER FOR SUZANNE RIVER RESTORATION PROJECT IN KAHNAWÀ:KE, QCRequest for Tender (RFT) submissions will be received at the Kahnawà:ke Environment Protection Office (KEPO) in Kahnawà:ke, QC. Please provide references for past projects completed for either the Private or Public Sector (e.g. Conservation Authorities, Municipalities, Provincial/Federal Ministries, etc.). There is a Qualification Section in the RFT document that is required as part of the submission. The purpose of this qualification form is to identify qualified general contractors for award of the Suzanne River Restoration Project (herein ‘the Project-) and to provide references for past projects completed for either the Private or Public Sector (e.g. Conservation Authorities, Municipalities, Provincial/Federal Ministries, etc.).PROJECT OVERVIEWSuzanne River is located in the Mohawk community of Kahnawà:ke on the south shore of the St. Lawrence Seaway. Channel restoration of Suzanne River is proposed to restore stream function, habitat for fish and other aquatic species, as well as semiaquatic animals. This project includes construction of a channel design and wetland works in the floodplain of Suzanne River located in Kahnawà:ke Mohawk Territory.
