1)The Municipality of Manapla, through the A.O. No. 001, S. 2026 Government Equity intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php. 1, 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Sustainable Energy: Solar PV System for RHU Facility. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Municipality of Manapla now invites bids for Sustainable Energy: Solar PV System for RHU Facility. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
