Tender Details

The subject of the procurement was a framework arrangement, which includes the following services: - subtitling and translation services for videos - translation and language maintenance services for written works and - transcription of audio files. The procurement has not been divided into parts, i.e. all described above the services belong to the same framework agreement. Three suppliers will be selected for the framework arrangement. The object of the procurement was described in more detail in the request for tenders and its attachments. The framework agreement was supposed to be valid for two years from the date of signing. After the basic contract period, the contract can be extended for two one-year periods. The entire contract can thus be valid for a maximum of four years (2 + 1 + 1). The anticipated value of the acquisition for the contract period was €350, 000 (without value added tax).
