Tender Details

The purpose of these contracts is to provide surveyor services on the entire municipal heritage of the town of Levallois. They are subject to the Public Order Code. This document is referred to as the Code throughout the consultation documents. Qualified as service contracts, they are subject to the provisions of the CCAG Current Supplies and Services approved by Order of March 30, 2021. They are awarded according to the open call for tenders procedure, subject to the provisions of articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Code. They constitute framework agreements with purchase orders subject to the provisions of articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the Code. Each of the markets, corresponding to the 2 lots below, will be awarded to a holder for a maximum period of four years, renewals included. As this is an open procedure, the maximum number of participants is not limited.
