Object of the contract

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development (MAEDI) has launched a project of renovation of the site Quai d''Orsay, integrating different operations Rehabilitation of upgrading and new construction in order to improve the organization, comfort and safety of spaces and densify the reception capacity of the site sup workstationsplementaires.Dans under these different projects, the MAEDI wishes to engage a process of creation of a digital model of BIM any state body, the Quai d''Orsay.Par Site Moreover, MO Moe has launched an international contest outline level for the renovation and extension of the wing of the archives of the Quai d''Orsay. For this project, Team mastery oeout will implement a BIM gait Level 2 (see level 3) .In this context, the main tasks of the AMO BIM will be: Creation of a numerical model and a comprehensive BIM model of the existing buildings and managing the overall model for the duration of realization of site renovation projects; definition of the specifications of the deliveredreliable BIM phase competitions and pre-protocol BIM mastery of work, realization of 3D animations in phase competition control of BIM productions of Moe in study phase and realization, integration of different DOE projects (some in BIM and some 2d) in the overall BIM model of site..Le MAEDI want to generalize the creation of Maquettes BIM on all of its properties and the use of BIM in the daily management of maintenance and operation of real estate.
