The purpose of the procurement is to give participating committees and companies within the city the opportunity to hire external expertise for the implementation of various survey surveys, for example user, customer and citizen surveys. Participating committees and companies also need qualitative surveys in form of, for example, focus groups, panel surveys and interviews.
A. Listed Quantitative Survey Services
Service A means that for the client bill provide implementation and analysis of the quantitative surveys listed below. These quantitative research is based primarily on questions where statistical, quantifiable and generalizable results are sought. The following surveys make up tender area A: • School and student surveys • Preschool survey
B. Qualitative and other quantitative research services
Service B means providing on behalf of the client implementation and analysis of various qualitative and/or other quantitative surveys that are not listed in tender area A. Examples of qualitative surveys can be the implementation and analysis of focus groups, questionnaire surveys with open answers or personal interviews. Quantitative surveys is primarily based on questions where statistical, quantifiable and generalizable results are sought.
