In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the Negotiation of SURVEY PREPARATION AND APPROVAL OF LIBERTAD RELOCATION SUBDIVISION PLAN in accordance with Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
