This project aims to survey and verify the Title Deeds for approximately 5, 000 properties in the Kingdom of Bahrain, with the goal of updating and ensuring the accuracy of real estate data. This survey will be carried out using modern technologies to verify the authenticity of Title Deeds for unsurveyed plots, which includes verifying all legal and administrative details related to each deed plan individually. The survey includes reviewing all records related to unsurveyed properties and ensuring their accuracy, as well as updating property records in official databases to align with changes in the real estate market. This process aims to improve the efficiency of legal procedures related to deed plan ownership, ensuring the availability of accurate and reliable data for all stakeholders in the Bahraini real estate market, including investors, property owners, and relevant government authorities. This project will speed up the property transfer process, making it easier for citizens.
