Brief description of the tender: SA Estonian Science Agency (procurer or ETAG) is looking for a partner who will conduct the Estonian Science Barometer 2026 survey, perform analysis and prepare a report. Tasks of the tender winner: 1) agree on the final version of the questionnaire with the customer, incl proposals for additional questions or changes to existing questions are presented and coordinated; 2) conduct a survey, using outsourcing if necessary; 3) quantitative analysis and synthesis of survey results with previous (2020 and 2023) results; 4) interpretation of the results, comparison with other countries' scientific barometers and/or Eurobarometer results, with a wider context in the world (corona crisis, political situation, rise of AI, etc.); 5) submit a report on datasets with conclusions and recommendations; 6) present the results of the report publicly in agreement with the customer. The deadline for the final transfer of the study results is six months from the conclusion of the contract.
