This consultation relates to a call for tenders relating to a surveillance market for the port areas managed by Ports de Lille (in particular: Lille, Santes, and Wambrechies). Surveillance services are carried out 7 days a week during the closing hours of the sites concerned.By setting up security agents whose mission is to filter, control and verify all movements that may be caused on these sites, and to carry out surveillance rounds. Occasional services may be requested for these port sites, as well as for theContainer terminal of the Port of Bethune. The market will be remunerated by a global and lump sum price, and a share in purchase orders for one-off services (maximum amount of 70, 000 Euro(s) excl. tax). The market will be concluded for an overall duration of four (4) years. It is specified that the present Marche Includes an obligation to take over personnel.

Description of services: - The purpose of the surveillance contract is the performance of services consisting in ensuring the surveillance of managed port sites by Ports of Lille, in particular: Lille, Santes, et Wambrechies. The surveillance services are carried out 7 days a week during the closing hours of the sites concerned by the establishment of security agents whose mission is to filter, control, check all movements that may be caused on these sites, and ensuresurveillance rounds. Occasional services may be requested for these port sites, as well as for the container terminal at the Port of Bethune.
