Section A: DescriptionThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.This solicitation is issued as an RFQ, number 36C24425Q0452. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 effective 01/17/2025. The complete text of any of the clauses and provisions may be accessed in full text at FAR | Acquisition.GOV.This Solicitation is being competed as a 100% small business set aside. The Government reserves the right to make split awards as a result of this solicitation. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 812332 Industrial Launders, with a small business size standard of $47 million.
