The purpose of this consultation is the supply of surgical robots and the execution of associated services, the GIP Network of Hospital Buyers (or Resah) acts as a so-called Wholesale Purchasing Center, within the meaning of article L. 2113-2-1° of the Code, for lots no. 1 to 5 inclusive, the administrative and specific stipulations of which are set out in the corresponding CCAP, in this case the equipment and services are ordered and paid for by Resah; Intermediary, within the meaning of article L. 2113-2-2° of the Code, for lots no. 6 to 19 inclusive, the administrative and specific stipulations of which are detailed in the corresponding CCAP. For these lots, the equipment and services are ordered and paid for by the Beneficiaries.
