Tuomi Logistiikka Oy tenders robotic surgery systems suitable for soft surgery with consumables and service and maintenance services on behalf of the procurement ring formed by seven (7) welfare areas. The procurement ring includes the HUS corporation, Pirkanmaa welfare area, Paijat-Hameen welfare area, South Savo welfare area, South Ostrobothnia welfare area, North Savo welfare area and Ostrobothnia welfare area. The estimated total value of the acquisition is approx. 95 million euros.IPI REGULATION Regulation (EU) 2022/1031 of the European Parliament and of the Council applies to this acquisition (IPI Regulation) and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1197 (IPI Measure), which restricts the participation of Chinese bidders in medical device procurements with an anticipated value of at least EUR 5 million.
