The tenderer wishes to purchase various operating sets and disposable surgical isolation materials for 24 months. During the implementation of the procurement, the contracting authority expects the consignment warehouse to be set up. The Bidder stipulates that the present the cost of transporting and disposing of the consumables procured and used in the procedure as hazardous waste shall be reimbursed by the tenderer to the contracting authority on the basis of an annual settlement. The basic stock of the consignment warehouse is provided by the contracting authority a defined in the draft contract. The rules for managing the consignment warehouse are contained in the draft contract. The definition of the exact subject and quantity of the procurement is included in the specification.
