Products or services: Ophthalmological services, Surgical services Through this tender, the Provincial Hospital of Huasco Monseñor Fernando Ariztía Ruiz - hereinafter interchangeably "the Hospital", requires to contract the SERVICES OF SURGICAL INTERVENTIONS AND OPHTHALMOLOGICAL PROCEDURES FOR PATIENTS, in accordance with what is stated in art. 1 of the administrative bases. To carry out this service, the awarded bidder must have infrastructure, equipment, personnel sufficiently accredited and supply all the inputs and work tools that are demanded, provide necessary equipment and implements, for the correct fulfillment of the contracted services, on a continuous and permanent basis, guaranteeing the timely development and quality. The particular characteristics of the services to be acquired are described in the technical bases that accompany these administrative bases. The evaluation and awarding of offers will be carried out by the complete offer, being requirement to bid for all the items in this tender, otherwise, it will be rejected without the right to evaluation.
