Products or services: Surgical services The objective of this tender is to satisfy in a timely manner the needs of the Copiapó Regional Hospital and the beneficiary population, which receives health care through this establishment, aimed at reducing the Surgical Waiting List, in compliance with Law NO19, 886 and its regulations that provide for public procurement procedures, which are governed by principles of free access to tenders, competition, advertising, transparency, equal treatment, non-discrimination, probity and value for money. To achieve this objective, a call for public bidding is carried out, establishing in its administrative and technical bases the set, clear and objective, of requirements, conditions and specifications that describe the goods or services to be contracted and that allow achieving the most advantageous combination between all the benefits of the good or service to be acquired and all its associated costs, present and future.
