The purpose of this contract is to provide surface cleaning and glazing services for municipal buildings. For lot 1, daily cleaning of the surfaces of certain municipal buildings is planned (recurring services - part at a fixed price), as well as one-off services for the rehabilitation of municipal buildings (in the form of purchase orders with no minimum amount and a maximum annual amount of 500, 000 euro(s) excluding tax). For lot 2, maintenance is planned windows of municipal buildings in the town of Sartrouville, globes and chandeliers of certain structures, and glass billboards located at the entrances to the town's schools (recurring services - part at fixed price), as well as one-off glazing repair services (issuance of purchase orders with no minimum annual amount and a maximum annual amount of 50, 000 euro(s) excluding tax). The execution of the services will be carried out throughout the territory in Sartrouville. There start date of services in the advertising notice is given on a provisional basis
