PROGRAM BACKGROUND
The MK19 40MM MOD 3 and MOD 4 GMG are air cooled, blow-back operated, belt-fed, automatic weapon that fires 40MM grenades from ground mounts and vehicles.
REQUIRED CAPABILITIES
The Government requires fabrication, in-process inspection, First Article Testing, ongoing Lot Acceptance Tests and delivery of the weapon system per the Government Technical Data Package (TDP) and Military Specification.
