2. The subject of the order is to support ecological forms of transport and purchase a passenger car. The implementation of the task will consist in selling a brand new passenger car with a 4x4 drive powered by gasoline and LPG. The contractor undertakes to sell to the ordering party a brand new car, complete, ready to drive, with approval, within 90 days from the date of conclusion of the contract to: District Office in Nisko, Plac Wolnoci 2, 37-400 Nisko. 3. If the Ordering Party uses in the description of the subject of the order trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific Contractor, they should be understood as sample minimum parameters expected by the Ordering Party.
