Tender Details

The subject of the procurement is the production of monitoring tasks for meetings between a child and a parent in accordance with the Social Welfare Act. This is the first (1st) opening of the procurement VAKEDno-2026-1649 for the procurement VAKEDno-2024-4387. The customer has described the new ones in the service description of the subsection "Overnight meetings". A more detailed description of the procurement procedure in the appendix "Description of the procurement procedure" and the content of the service in the appendix "Service description 1st opening VAKEDno-2026-1649 Subsidized overnight appointments". on acquisitions and right-of-use agreements 1397/2016) acquisition according to appendix E. The procurement is carried out as a dynamic bidding procedure (described in more detail in the appendix "Description of the procurement procedure"), which means designed by the Purchaser himself, according to the Procurement Act procedure in accordance with the principles for acquiring the services that are the subject of procurement. The estimated need for subsidized overnight meetings produced as a purchase service is for approximately 8-12 customers each year. The number of meetings varies according to the Subscriber's needs. The procurement unit does not commit to certain order or procurement quantities, as the need for the object of procurement is not known in advance. The contract period for the new service product is valid indefinitely, starting from an estimate of July 1, 2026.
