Part 1 - Document circulation system and employee portal with elements: presentation of HR information, handling of applications (including applications for absence, Social Insurance Fund, training, employee evaluation, vacation plan, training plan, authorizations), handling of files own, handling resource reservations. Part 2 - KSAT HR and payroll system 1. The subject of the order is to support the integrated IT system owned by the Ordering Party. 2. The order will be awarded in 2 parts: 1)Part 1 - Circulation system documents and employee portal with elements: presentation of HR information, handling of applications (including applications for absence, Social Insurance Fund, training, employee evaluation, vacation plan, training plan, authorizations), handling of own documents, handling of reservations resources. 2)Part 2 - KSAT HR and payroll system. 3. The terms and conditions of the contract, together with a detailed description of the subject of the contract for each part, are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced to the public procurement contract - a template contract for a given part, which constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ for Part 1 and Annex No. 1D to the SWZ for Part 2, respectively (hereinafter referred to as the contract template/s). 4.
