Tender Details

The city of Lohja is requesting bids for the organization of support services for events. This is a procurement that falls below the threshold value of other special services in Appendix E of the Procurement Act. The goal is to find partners who can assist the city in the practical implementation of organized events. The support services include versatile auxiliary work tasks, such as: - Moving, assembling and carrying furniture (e.g. tents, tables, chairs). - Placing traffic signs, signs, etc. laying.-Cleaning and cleaning the event areas during and after the event.-Other assistance to be agreed separately tasks.-The nature of the tasks is such that they can be performed by persons over 15 years of age. Support services do not include for example tasks included in first aid, order control and traffic control. As a general rule, 5-10 people are needed for support services assisting the event, but the number can be smaller or larger depending on the customer's needs. To the service provider the need is notified at least 1 month before the event or festival. However, in urgent cases, the tenderer must be able to call for help for the preparations of the event on a quick schedule. The expected value of the acquisition is 15, 000 - 20, 000 euros.
