Support services for the operation and development of software tools of the CA - System of security for the operation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications The subject of this public contract is the provision of comprehensive services consisting of takeover, operation support, development, extended support, provision of licenses, maintenance and the exit of the CA software tools - the MoSV operation security system (hereinafter referred to as "SZP MoSV"), all within the scope of and in accordance with these terms and conditions. The contract will be concluded for a period of 38 months (2 months for takeover + 36 months of operation support). Subject public procurement and the conditions of its performance, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, are further specified in more detail in other parts of the procurement documentation, in particular in Annex B - Binding model of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract" or "Binding Model Contract") and their annexes. The estimated value of the public contract is a maximum value that cannot be exceeded.
